Carrie Bradshaw (SJP) for
NARS cosmetics
Promote the NARS Cosmetics Orgasm Collection by creating a nostalgic campaign that references the character Carrie Bradshaw from Sex and the City and the iconic poster featured in the show's introduction. Both the collection and the show debuted in the same era, and both remain just as relevant and daring today as they were over two decades ago. Like Carrie Bradshaw, the Orgasm Collection is iconic and always in style.
The campaign is brought to life through two distinct cinematic brand videos, designed for engaging website headers and social media storytelling:

-
An intimate look at a lived-in New York vanity at night, featuring scattered jewelry, a glass of wine, and products from the Orgasm Collection alongside a print of Carrie’s latest newspaper column.
-
A remake of the iconic poster from the show credits featuring the famous "naked dress", remade to promote the NARS palette

The newspaper column visual serves as a central piece of the campaign, reimagining Carrie Bradshaw’s iconic writing to center on the NARS collection. By blending the collection into her iconic column, the visual seamlessly blends the NARS brand with the Sex and the City universe.

Project Inspiration
The original dress worn by SJP on Sex and the City became one of the show’s most iconic fashion moments. Not only has her fashion remained influential for nearly three decades, but her continued relevance makes her an ideal face for a modern campaign. The dress is extremely minimalist, yet effortlessly classic—something we’d still see women wearing today.

I also drew direct inspiration from the show's intro, specifically the iconic bus poster. The partnership feels instinctively right because both Carrie Bradshaw and NARS aren't afraid to lean into the provocative. Just as Carrie broke barriers by candidly covering taboo topics in her newspaper column, "Sex and the City," NARS revolutionized the beauty industry with the daring name of the Orgasm collection. By pairing the two, the campaign honours a shared legacy of being bold, unapologetic, and always in style.
